Group Fitness Schedule 

Please read ALL information below. It’s important for your safety and us to be able to remain open!

Our highest priority is opening safely to protect both our members and staff and still provide amazing workouts for you!   We will have to follow certain guidelines and restrictions to be able to open and remain open-- We ask for your help in doing this.

 

Please read the guidelines below and we ask for your patience as we navigate through all these changes. We appreciate all your continued support and, far as we know, these are just temporary changes.  We appreciate your understanding. We understand some may not feel comfortable coming back right away and that is ok!  We are doing all we can to make HT safe, clean and ready to go for our members. We will still be offering our HTV Online workout videos and will be posting package deals to continue to support HT if you are unable to workout in the gym. 

 

- Childcare will remain closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. 

 

We will be opening on a REVISED Class Schedule due to social distancing and guidelines. We will slowly add more classes and return to our full schedule as soon as we can. We will not be able to run double classes when we 1st reopen. To be able to offer the variety of classes we have added earlier and later class times --again these will just be temporary class times until we will be able to offer multiple classes. 

 

 — Cycle  & Barre classes will be offered downstairs due to the social distance guidelines . With us offering cycle downstairs we are limited on our bikes. No-shows will be charged $10.  Please do not show up for a cycle class unless you are signed up or have been moved to the waitlist.   Barre classes will be using Chairs and Mats downstairs.  We do plan to offer TRX Classes upstairs with half the class size and 8-10 feet between each TRX.  

 

-Classes will be only 45 minutes- expect BURN30 will be 30 minutes- to allow more time in between classes.  HT will open 15 minutes before our 1st class and we ask you to come NO Earlier than 15 minutes prior to classes to eliminate crowds in our lobby. 

-ALL Classes will require sign up! You can sign up 10 days in advance for classes.  As our guidelines change we will open that range for sign ups as well as class sizes. 

We do have to limit all class sizes and number of participants in the gym-We kindly ask that you not reserve back to back classes to give all members a change to get in.

NO SHOWS will be charged a $10 NS Fee.  You must cancel 1 hour prior to class.

 

-For Social Distancing guidelines, we have marked "X's" on the main gym floor 8 feet apart for members to have spots to work out safely.  We have marked more spots on the floor than allowed sign ups to give people options for workout spaces.   

Do not  worry - we have spots in front of the fans and away from the fans 

 

-We will have some areas of the gym marked off such as the cycle room and other areas we will not be exercising around. 

 

-Please bring your own sweat towel. We will be providing supplies for cleaning all equipment but we ask you bring your own towels.

-For sanitary reasons, please take home your own mat each day. If you have a mat on our shelf and would like to stop in and grab it please do so.

- If you are showing any signs of sickness, any family members are sick we ask that you please stay home!!  It is important for us to keep everyone safe and healthy during this time and we ask you be respectful of others if you are under the weather and not workout!

— We are asking members to enter classes in the front and will be exiting out the back door to keep our social distance for incoming members.  We are hoping with this nice weather we will be able to open the garage doors during classes.

 

- We will have plenty of sanitation stations & cleaning supplies for equipment set around the gym. We will be deep cleaning the gym daily and constant cleaning between classes.

Note:  Classes are 50 minutes unless noted in the schedule.  Additional classes and times will be added based on class size and crowding. Classes can be cancelled for low attendance.
