After majoring in Exercise Science and working in the fitness industry since the age of 18, Monica Derhammer encountered a unique opportunity.

A gym that she worked at announced an abrupt and sudden closing, leaving its staff and members without a "home".
Monica decided that would take a leap of faith and open her own gym. She leased her own space and within 2 days of the old gym closing, she had her new gym open for the staff and members!
In just two months, they had so many members that they needed to double the size of their facility and the rest is history!
Monica is very passionate about the health and fitness of the entire community, as well as making it affordable for all! She stays up to date on all of the latest workout trends and continues her education in nutrition so that she can offer the best, healthiest choices to her members.
