Bring the weight room to the studio! A strength training class specifically choreographed to use barbells and your own body weight to maximize your strength and define the muscles of your body. Each part of your body will get worked separately. Be prepared to leave the class feeling truly strong. Bring the power

BARBELL

Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

BARRE

R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. The first five components are taught in a 50 minute class R.I.P.P.E.D. is designed for all fitness levels, allowing a gym novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full body workout.

RIPPED

A strength training class use barbells or dumbells to maximize your strength and define the muscles of your body. Minimal Cardio will be included

Mix of Cardio and Weights- using a variety of equipment.  All levels of fitness - modifications shown!

CARDIO CHISEL

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories working out and at rest. Use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscle gets neglected!

Ditch the workout and join the party – exercise has never been so fun! This fun, easy to follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating music. Unique moves and combinations will make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Zumba is the best way to “dance away your worries”!

TRX is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Step It Up is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you will find out why this class is known as the "leg and butt" workout. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear -Handweights incorporated that shape and tone all over!

STEP IT UP

Join a group of seniors and older adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. Silver & Fit classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun.

SILVER & FIT

Lower Impact Class... mixture of cardio and weights with low impact cardio and movements that can also be advanced.  Modifications will always be shown - class is for all fitness levels.

CARDIO & TONE LIGHT

Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's a full body aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.
