ABOUT MONICA

Owner of Hoosier Trainer/Certified Instructor/Personal Trainer/ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist

Physical Fitness has always been a part of my life. From the age of 4 until the age of 18 I was involved in gymnastics and cheerleading.    In 2004, I graduated from IUPUI- Indianapolis with my BS in Exercise Science and Minor in Cardiac Rehabilitation.  Still wanting more of a fitness background, I concentrated on getting my Johnny G Spinning certification to teach spin class and soon later received both my ACSM and ACE Personal training certification to train clients.  Hoosier Trainer became my dream as well as the staff/community on Oct. 24, 2016.     I reside in Avon with my husband, Tony and sons, Jace and Brody.
